"I have received nothing but exceptional service from every single person I’ve worked with at this State Farm office. From the very beginning, they have been incredibly patient, attentive, flexible, and accommodating.

My schedule is usually very busy, and there have been several times when they’ve called and I’ve had to put them on hold or ask them to call me back later. They have always been understanding and worked around my schedule without ever making me feel rushed or like I was inconveniencing them.

I’ve also changed my mind about coverage and made last-minute changes to my insurance, and they have handled everything with so much patience. I even accidentally gave them the wrong vehicle information at one point, and they were able to correct it right away and make sure everything was taken care of properly.

What really stands out to me is the follow-up. They don’t just process something and move on, they call to make sure everything has been resolved, that I understand my coverage, and most importantly, that I’m happy with the service I’m receiving.

They even sent me a handwritten thank-you/welcome card and a calendar for my fridge, which was such a thoughtful and personal touch.
