At Gaby Holden State Farm, we're looking for an Account Manager who genuinely enjoys helping others, building relationships, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

This position is primarily focused on customer service and account management, with opportunities to contribute to agency growth through customer retention, referrals, and identifying additional insurance needs.

We're looking for someone who is dependable, organized, takes initiative, and enjoys being part of a team. Insurance experience is a plus, but we're also open to candidates with strong customer service backgrounds who are eager to learn and grow with us.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide exceptional customer service by assisting with policy questions, billing inquiries, coverage changes, and account servicing.

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage retention and loyalty.

  • Proactively follow up with customers to ensure their insurance needs are being met.

  • Identify opportunities to recommend additional insurance products and coverage based on customer needs.

  • Assist with new business opportunities, referrals, and agency growth.

  • Handle customer concerns and challenging situations with patience, professionalism, and a solutions-focused approach.

  • Maintain accurate customer records, document interactions, and manage follow-up tasks.

  • Collaborate with team members to provide a consistent and positive customer experience.

  • Participate in ongoing training, professional development, and team goals.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • Strong customer service skills and a genuine desire to help others.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to build rapport and develop lasting customer relationships.

  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask.

  • A self-starter who takes initiative, follows through, and is accountable for their work.

  • Comfortable having sales conversations and identifying opportunities to help customers with additional coverage.

  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.

  • Previous customer service, insurance, or account management experience preferred but not required.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Ability to obtain a Texas Property & Casualty Insurance License.

  • Ability to obtain a Texas Life & Health Insurance License.

  • Reliable transportation.

  • Ability to work full-time in an office setting.

  • Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new systems.
